Things merchants ask before installing.
How accurate is the profit number?
Order revenue, payment fees, and refunds are pulled directly from Shopify's Admin API — those are penny-exact. COGS uses either your per-product costs (if set) or a default percentage as a fallback. To get the most accurate profit number, set the real cost on your top sellers — about 5 minutes of work, and your margin gets dramatically more accurate.
Will PocketNeto see my customer data?
We read order totals, product IDs, and refund amounts — that's it. Customer names, emails, and addresses are never queried or stored. We store only aggregated profit totals (not individual orders), and we're fully GDPR-compliant with all required Shopify mandatory webhooks (data request, customer redact, shop redact).
Why is Free so generous? What's the catch?
No catch — the free plan is genuinely useful: full dashboard, loss-SKU alerts, per-product cost tracking, 7-day P&L export. Pro adds longer history (30/60/90 days), weekly email digests, and the monthly P&L emailed to you. We bet that once you see what you're keeping (or losing), you'll want the email automation.
Can I cancel anytime? Will I get charged unexpectedly?
Cancel anytime from Shopify Settings → Apps and sales channels. Billing is handled directly by Shopify (Managed Pricing) so it's on the same invoice as your store subscription. The 7-day trial is exactly 7 days — no charges before day 8.
Does this work with multi-currency / international stores?
Yes. PocketNeto reads each order in your store's primary currency and renders amounts with the correct currency symbol — €, £, ¥, R$, ₺ and every ISO-4217 code Shopify supports. Your dashboard, Excel exports, and weekly emails all use your shop's currency automatically. No configuration needed.
